Chinese Medicine is brilliantly simplistic – just like nature itself – and it’s principles are often relatively easy to understand.
However there are differences between the various styles of acupuncture that are valuable to know about and I can explain to you what to expect during a treatment. I can also share with you my experience of treating conditions that may be similar to your own.
And finally, having a chat with me might also enable you to feel clearer about whether we are a good fit to work together.

When you purchase a block of 4 sessions you can also attend 4 free Dru yoga classes (in Highbury). Classes must be taken within a 6 week period after purchase.
You also receive my ‘wellbeing fundamentals’ e-book which helps to understand the Chinese medicine principles we are working with and also gives advice on diet, exercise and sleep.
The most common treatment pattern is for 4 treatments – usually weekly – and then a review. At this point treatments may become ad hoc, or you can progress onto wellness coaching programmes to continue to support your wellness and personal growth.
As a 5 Elements practitioner you also have the tremendous benefit that I stay in the treatment room with you for the entire treatment, so I can support, observe and treat subtle changes in your state. A large proportion of practitioners using other styles often leave you during treatment – usually while they treat other patients.
