Why Yoga Changes How You Think and Feel – Connective Tissue
Yoga does much more than work on the musculoskeletal system! It can significantly impact your entire state. When you have physiologically originated imbalances it has the power to alter the associated physical, emotional and mental faculties through it’s impact on the connective tissue on the body.
As the connective tissue gets stimulated it influences the effective functioning of the organs, and it is here we can see a cross-over of how yoga works similarly to therapies like Acupuncture.
