Are You Trying Too Hard?
Sometimes we push towards what we ‘think’ we need rather than being attuned to what the deeper intelligence inside our body tells us. (For me, on this occasion it was a beer, a burger and an ice cream!)
When we come off track in this way, sometimes doing things that are ‘familiar’ can connect to something really deeply embedded within us and help reset the body. So it’s really important to have activities in your life where you can hear, feel and interpret these deeper levels of what’s going on inside.
