Unity Meditation, Practice With Me!
During wonderfully relaxing Dru Yoga classes, there is opportunity to practice some exquisite meditations with me. I work strongly with the traditional essence of yoga as ‘union’. When are you ever more whole then when you are connected to all the various levels that make you up as a human being? During this signature meditation I guide you to reconnect with the Earth, your bodily sensations, your breath, your senses and the space above, before allowing it to merge into a wonderful state of Oneness.
Practiced regularly this meditation allows you to quickly become aware of which levels of your being are compromised or strained and begin the process of rebalancing. Sometimes we disconnect from the security of the Earth beneath our feet, sometimes we disconnect from the inspiration and infinite possibility of the space above or any of the levels of our being on that spectrum. Try it for a week and you will see how your awareness increases of how your life is ‘pulling you out of shape’ and start the process of working out what in your life isn’t serving you as you can see how you feel 🙂
